Banana is a 1979 GMC Sierra Grande. Pale yellow and cream, a soft two-tone that reads as banana in the right light, which is how the name landed.
She is a driver. Early starts, a broken accelerator cable fixed with shoelaces, a wash and fluid checks, and valve work on the small block.
The owner
I work as an electrical engineer. I'm a family man. I'm a squarebody enthusiast who lives for adventure. That's the bio, and it still fits. Some adventure is a road. A lot of it is keeping a truck from 1979 useful.
Banana's Garage is the notebook. Instagram, @79_sierragrande, stays the place for the photos and the short clips. If you want to write, the email is bananasgarage79@gmail.com.
